To book a tour please fill out the booking request form below. Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the date you are interested in booking. Once this is filled out one of our Education Coordinators will be in touch with you to finish booking your tour.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is accepted either upon confirmation of booking, or upon entrance to the Museums. Groups will be required to make a single payment that includes admission for all attending students, as well as any extra adults attending outside of ratio. In-person payments are accepted in cash, debit, credit or cheque formats. In any other case, an invoice will be sent. All cheques must be made out to “The Military Museums Foundation.” Emailed receipts will be issued upon request.

Email notice concerning booking changes, cancellation, or rescheduling must be given one week [7 days] before the date of your scheduled visit; changes made within the week will result in a $75 administrative charge. Please direct any change requests to our Education Coordinator at bookings@tmmf.ca. Please note that without appropriate notification your group will be charged the full program cost with original attendance numbers. Upon arrival at the Museums, if the total number of your group is >20% lower than the original number on the booking request, then the interpreters will charge for the original number, as this is what we have staffed for. **Due to the current worldwide pandemic, any changes or cancellations made to a booking as a result of public health regulations will not result in any penalties for bookings. In any other case, the original booking policy is still in effect.
